  • Lead the design thinking process to develop user-centered products and services
  • Provide context and guidance to team members throughout the process
  • Explore layout choices for user interfaces and related graphics
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and test applicability
  • Interpret the results of usability research to internal and external stakeholders to ensure programs meet user needs
  • Perform competitive analysis, persona development, empathy mapping, journey mapping, card design, and information systems to gather user needs and inform design decisions
  • Collect and define interface requirements through user visitors, probing questionnaires, and other data collection to ensure systems are based on user needs
  • Plan user experience, prepare content management, and develop wire trees to ensure systems are properly organized and efficient
  • Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen layouts to stakeholders to ensure the layout is clear and understandable
  • Define design style guidelines and UI features throughout the sprint to ensure designs are consistent and in line with branding guidelines
